Community Privilege Terms

1. Who provides the privileges

The goods and services covered by the privileges are provided by the partners themselves, on their own terms. ROBOOST (IE Oganisyan A. V., INN 262706143657) is not the seller of partner goods or services and is not responsible for their quality; claims should be addressed to the partner. ROBOOST is responsible only for the privilege listing and the coupon mechanics.

2. How to redeem

• Promo code — revealed on the partner card and presented to the partner or entered at their checkout.
• Bonus coupon — issued against the phone number registered in the ROBOOST app. Bonuses are debited when the partner confirms the coupon code.
• Show the screen — the privilege is granted when you show the privilege page to the partner.

3. Validity and limitations

• The coupon validity period is shown when it is issued; after expiry the coupon is void and reserved bonuses are returned.
• The specific conditions on the partner card (product categories, minimum purchase, cities) take precedence over these general terms.
• Partners and privileges may change; the current list is on the Community page.
• Privileges do not combine with other partner promotions unless the card says otherwise.

4. Personal data

The phone number provided when issuing a coupon is processed under the Privacy Policy and used only to verify loyalty-programme membership and debit bonuses.
