1. Status of the information
Information on the Site (product descriptions, menu, prices, franchise and investment terms, calculator results) is provided for information only and is not a public offer within the meaning of Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation unless expressly stated otherwise. Journal articles are informational and do not replace medical advice.
2. Intellectual property
All Site materials — texts, photos, the logo and brand-identity elements (including the Brandbook section) — belong to the Administrator or are used lawfully. Commercial use without the Administrator's written permission is not allowed. Journal materials may be quoted with attribution and an active link to the Site.
3. Forms and personal data
By submitting forms on the Site you provide accurate information about yourself. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and the Consent to Personal Data Processing.
4. Liability
The Administrator aims to keep the information accurate and the Site available, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. The Administrator is not responsible for external sites linked from the Site, nor for partner goods and services — partners provide them on their own terms.
5. Changes
The Administrator may amend these terms. The current version is always published at roboost.ru/terms and applies from the moment of publication.
