Consent to personal-data processing

By filling forms on roboost.ru, I freely, by my own will and in my own interest give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Oganisyan Arutyun Vardanovich, INN 262706143657, OGRNIP 313265114900444, address: 357432, Russia, Stavropol Krai, Zheleznovodsk, Inozemtsevo, Novorossiyskaya St. 5, to process my personal data.

The consent applies to the data I provide on the site: last name, first name, patronymic, phone number, Telegram handle, city, date of birth, information about the desired role, work experience, readiness date, message text, review, rating, and a contact channel for follow-up.

Processing purposes: review of candidate applications, contact regarding employment, handling of reviews and inquiries, discussion of partnership, service-quality improvement, and compliance with Russian law.

The Operator may perform the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is mixed: automated and manual, including transfer of data over telecommunication networks.

Processing on behalf of the Operator may be carried out by the services listed in the "Who receives the data" section of the Privacy Policy: the Boost Brands group databases and back office (servers in Russia), Yandex Metrica (analytics), and the Telegram messenger (internal notifications to the Operator).

The consent is valid for 2 years from the date it is given for candidate applications, and for 1 year for reviews and inquiries — in any case no longer than needed to achieve the processing purposes and until it is withdrawn. To withdraw consent, send a request to privacy@roboost.ru or by post to the Operator's address. The Operator stops the processing within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, unless Russian law provides otherwise.
