Loyalty Programme Rules
The ROBOOST loyalty programme runs in ROBOOST coffee shops and the ROBOOST mobile app. The organiser is Individual Entrepreneur Oganisyan Arutyun Vardanovich, INN 262706143657, OGRNIP 313265114900444.
1. Joining
You join by installing the ROBOOST app and registering with your phone number. Participation is free. By registering you accept these rules and the Privacy Policy.
2. Earning and spending bonuses
Bonuses are earned on purchases in the network's coffee shops when you present your member card in the app. The current earning rate, your balance and history are shown in the app. Bonuses can pay for part of a purchase; the procedure and the maximum share payable with bonuses are shown in the app at checkout. Bonuses can also unlock partner privileges under the community privilege terms.
3. Limitations
- Bonuses are not money, are not paid out in cash and are not transferable.
- Bonus validity and expiry rules are shown in the app; unused bonuses may expire.
- On a refund, bonuses earned on the purchase are cancelled and spent bonuses are restored.
- The organiser may cancel bonuses obtained in breach of the rules.
4. Changes
The organiser may amend the rules and programme parameters, or suspend or terminate the programme, notifying participants via the app and the Site at least 14 days in advance. Questions: info@roboost.ru.
